Hershey’s Mill Estates is a wonderful place to live and has been our family’s home since 1993. If you are interested in buying a home in an active community, love the outdoors, love sports and like to use a beautiful swimming pool and tennis courts, Hershey’s Mill Estates is all of these things and much more.

Located just east of West Chester, convenient to public transportation as well as major highways into Center City, Wilmington or points west, Hershey’s Mill Estates offers an outstanding combination of affordable living, extensive shopping, outstanding local restaurants and wonderful cultural and recreational choices for the entire family. Sometimes we are confused with the large adult community just south of us called Hershey’s Mill but are similar in name only.

Since we arrived in 1993, we have been very involved with the Social Committee, we have been on the Board of Directors my husband has served as President of the Hershey’s Mill Estates Homeowners Association. We remain involved with the community as it offers all of the residents so much fun and enjoyment.

One of the focuses of my  real estate career is our neighborhood, which is one of the garden spots of Chester County. Our extensive knowledge of the West Chester area, this community and our neighbors makes it easy to recommend Hershey’s Mill Estates to anyone looking for a great place to live.

The developer of our neighborhood did everything possible to save as many trees as he could and we are known as one of the "greenest" communities anywhere in Chester County. The tall, stately Oak, Maple, Beech and other trees are beautiful and well maintained by the residents. All the common land areas are maintained by outside contractors and the pool is managed by a professional pool management company.
