The Association Fee includes maintenance of the common area, maintenance of the swimming pool and tennis courts, and the management of the pool in the summer time. Roads throughout the development are maintained and plowed by East Goshen Township.

The Association fee for 2009 is $550.00 billed once per year, payable on April 1. The fee includes an escrow amount to insure that the pool is maintained properly.

The Association recently spent significant money to upgrade and repair the pool so no further major repairs are anticipated for several years. The escrow will help pay for repairs required in the future.
